1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by FlexiByte Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
FlexiByte Services offers software development and related services to clients. The specifics of these services will be outlined in individual contracts or project agreements.
3. Payment
Clients are responsible for payment as outlined in their project agreements. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during the course of a project remains the property of FlexiByte, you may not:
Claim a project as your own
Distribute a project for commercial purposes
Make money off of a project
The only exception to these, is if the project is able to be public and used for commercial use, and CREDITS are given. We have the ability to shut down any project remotely!
5. Refund Policy
We provide refunds for each of the services we offer. We may accept refund requests within 2 weeks of the original payment of an invoice, if the request is after 1 month we do not accept them! We only accept refund requests that include the following: Sufficient reasoning, sufficient proof, and receipt date. We may not accept refunds for any of the following reasons: Request not submitted within 1 month of receipt, insufficient reasoning, against our terms, insufficient proof.
6. Servicing Expectation
When we provide a service we expect these things from both the developer and the client, this includes: Order description must be provided in the most detail as possible, the order is completed on time and to the best of our ability, the client is completely satisfied with the final product.
7. Confidentiality
FlexiByte agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination
FlexiByte reserves the right to terminate services or contracts for violation of these terms or for other reasons, all projects can be shut down at any point by FlexiByte.
9. Changes to Terms
FlexiByte may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
